Educational purpose

The CRA Edit provides independent educational and organizational resources for clinical research professionals. Content does not constitute legal, regulatory, medical, compliance, employment, or study-specific advice and does not replace the protocol, monitoring plan, standard operating procedures, approved systems, contracts, or instructions governing your work.

No affiliation

The CRA Edit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any employer, sponsor, contract research organization, research site, institutional review board, government agency, or specific study. Products must not be represented as requirements issued by any such organization.

Individual license

Unless a separate written license states otherwise, purchase grants one individual user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and adapt the purchased materials for personal professional workflow. Products may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, shared as templates, sublicensed, or distributed within an organization or team.

Professional responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all work against applicable requirements and obtaining any required review or approval. Do not enter protected health information, direct identifiers, passwords, sponsor-confidential information, or restricted study content into personal copies of the materials.

Digital products and refunds

Because digital products are delivered immediately, sales are generally final except where required by law or when a file is defective or materially different from its description. Contact thecraedit@gmail.com with a purchase issue.

Intellectual property

Website content and products are owned by The CRA Edit or used with permission. No ownership rights transfer with purchase.

Limitations

Resources are provided without a guarantee that they will meet every sponsor, employer, jurisdiction, or study requirement. To the extent permitted by law, The CRA Edit is not liable for decisions, omissions, compliance outcomes, employment consequences, or indirect damages arising from use of the resources.
